As a former Blended Learning Coach in the Midwest and Instructional Technology Coordinator at a forward thinking school district in Ohio, Jena’s passion is instilling a love of education in both teachers and students. Her TedTalk has been featured at ISTE, FredTalk at OETC, and more. Jena has her Undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Music Education and a Masters in Administration.
Her experience with Beacon as a District Administrator fueled her passion to empower educators to keep students safe, With her husband being a High School principal and her two boys, Noah (8) and Jonah (7) coming through school, there is nothing more important than student well-being to her and her entire family. Through GoGuardian, she is hoping to achieve that goal!
