I also formerly served as Board President/Chairman of the non-profit community organization entitled W.I.N.G.S. (Works that Inspire the Next Generation to Soar). My experience as a mental health professional with a specialty in systemic family and marriage therapy dates back over 10+ years, since earning my Bachelor of Science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Geaux Ragin Cajuns!) and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. I have been a MHFA National Trainer since 2013.
Personally, I moonlight as a coach to whatever sport my three children (5, 8, 10yo) are in and get to hang with my wife and best friend of the past 12 years!
